Any work for transport, connection, commissioning and routine maintenance on our products has to be performed by qualified competent personnel (VDE 0105; IEC 364 to be observed). We also reserve the right to use your data for our own marketing purposes for similar goods and services. You can object to this use of personal data at any time, without costs arising other than the transmission costs based on the base rates.

General terms of business
(The general terms of business below also include legal information about your rights in accordance with the regulations about distance selling and in the field of electronic business traffic.)
These general terms of business apply to all deliveries from SEVA-tec GmbH (hereinafter referred to as SEVA-tec) to consumers (within the terms of ß 13 BGB [German Civil Code]).

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but is to be considered as a request to order. Errors withheld.
3.2 By clicking the ìSend Orderî button, you will place a binding order of the products listed on the purchase order page. The purchase contract shall come into force when we confirm your purchase order by email directly after we have received your purchase order.
4.1 Consumers have a cancellation right two weeks from the date of order.
The Distance Selling Regulations allow consumers to cancel a distance contract within 14 days without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or if the product has been submitted prior to the expiry of that period also by returning the product. The period begins after you have received this instruction in text form. To comply with the cancellation period, it suffices if the written cancellation or the goods are sent to SEVA-tec in due time.

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of effective cancellation, the services which have been received by both parties have to be returned and any uses which may have been accrued (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received service and uses (e.g. use benefits from use) to us in whole or in part or are only able to return it/them in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation in respect of this. You must only pay compensation for the deterioration of the product and for any uses which may have been accrued to the extent that the uses or the deterioration can be attributed to a circumstance with the product which extends beyond the checking of the properties and the functioning. "Checking the properties and functioning" is understood to mean testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and standard practice in a retail store. Products which can be sent by parcel are to be returned at our expense and our risk. Goods which cannot be sent by parcel will be collected from you. Any obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period shall commence for you when you send off your notice of cancellation or the product, and for us it shall commence with receipt thereof.
4.2 The cancellation right does not apply when goods made to customerís specifications are supplied.
Return costs when exercising the cancellation right
When you exercise your legal cancellation right (see cancellation), you will have to pay the regular cost of the return if the delivered goods corresponds to the those ordered and if the price of the product to be returned does not exceed an amount of 100 euros or if the price of the product is higher than 100 euros and you have not yet effected the return or a contractually agreed part payment. Otherwise, returning the goods shall be free of charge for you.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until receipt of payment in full. The buyer is not entitled to dispose of the goods by selling, pledging, letting or otherwise disposing of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
When you have found the desired product, you may add it to your shopping cart without any commitment by clicking the [Order] button. You may review the contents of your shopping cart any time by clicking the [View Cart] button. You can remove products from your shopping cart by clicking the [Delete] button. If you wish to purchase the products in your shopping cart, click the [Order Form] button. Please fill in your data. Mandatory fields are marked with an *. You do not need to register. Your data will be transmitted in encrypted form. After filling in your data and selecting the payment mode, you can click the [Continue] button to go to the purchase order page where you can check your data once more. By clicking the ìSend Orderî button, you will complete the ordering process. You can cancel the process at any time by closing the browser window.
The text of the contract will be saved on our internal systems. You may view the general terms of business at any time on this page. The data of your purchase order and a link to your customer will be sent to you by email.
