Nasze silniki prądu przemiennego są zaprojektowane dla różnych warunków rozruchu. Wariant z dwoma kondensatorami (pracy i rozruchowym) jest idealnie przystosowany do ciężkiego rozruchu. Zasadniczo nasze silniki mogą pracować w obu kierunkach obrotów (prawo/lewo); w tym celu wystarczy w razie potrzeby zmienić podłączenie w skrzynce zaciskowej. Uwaga dotycząca napięcia sieciowego: Standardowe napięcie znamionowe zostało przed laty zmienione z 220V na 230V (sieć jednofazowa) oraz z 380V na 400V (sieć trójfazowa).
Jak generowane jest pole wirujące w silniku jednofazowym?
Ponieważ w przypadku jednofazowego prądu przemiennego pole wirujące nie powstaje w sposób naturalny, należy wytworzyć tzw. fazę pomocniczą. Jedno z dwóch uzwojeń stojana jest zasilane bezpośrednio z sieci, natomiast do drugiego uzwojenia (przesuniętego o 90 stopni) podłącza się szeregowo kondensator. Powoduje to niezbędne przesunięcie fazowe napięcia. Wytworzone w ten sposób pole wirujące jest zależne od obciążenia i prowadzi do niższego momentu rozruchowego niż w silnikach trójfazowych. Dlatego silniki kondensatorowe powinny w miarę możliwości uruchamiać się bez obciążenia aż do osiągnięcia znamionowej prędkości obrotowej. Moment rozruchowy można znacznie poprawić, podłączając na czas rozruchu równolegle dodatkowy kondensator rozruchowy (o ok. 2-3 krotnie większej pojemności).
Silnik prądu przemiennego / Pojemność kondensatora
Ze względu na ograniczenia fizyczne wielkość kondensatora może być zoptymalizowana tylko dla jednego konkretnego przypadku obciążenia. Przy optymalnym doborze kondensatora osiągalne jest ok. 65% mocy mechanicznej w porównaniu do analogicznego trójfazowego silnika asynchronicznego. Typowe wartości pojemności wynoszą ok. 20 µF na każdy kW mocy silnika. W przypadku ciężkiego rozruchu wartość ta może wzrosnąć do ok. 50 µF/kW.
