Motori elettrici – Classi di protezione
Tutti i motori e le scatole di derivazione sono progettati con protezione IP 55 secondo la norma DIN EN 60034-5. I motori trifase sono adatti all'installazione in ambienti polverosi e umidi, in conformità con la norma. Se installati all'esterno, i motori devono essere protetti dalla luce solare intensa. I motori elettrici con estremità dell'albero rivolta verso l'alto devono essere protetti dall'utente dall'ingresso di acqua lungo l'albero. Per applicazioni speciali, il grado di protezione dei motori può essere aumentato su richiesta tramite misure aggiuntive.
Riscaldatori di riserva
Nei motori trifase esposti a forti sbalzi di temperatura o a condizioni climatiche estreme, l'avvolgimento del motore rischia la formazione di condensa o rugiada. Come opzione, un riscaldatore di riserva integrato può riscaldare l'avvolgimento del motore dopo lo spegnimento e impedire la formazione di umidità all'interno del motore. I riscaldatori di riserva non devono essere accesi durante il funzionamento.
Bilanciamento del rotore
I rotori di tutti i motori vengono bilanciati dinamicamente con una mezza chiavetta inserita secondo la norma DIN ISO 8821. Anche i componenti di trasmissione come pulegge, giunti e giranti delle pompe devono essere bilanciati dinamicamente con una mezza chiavetta inserita. È importante assicurarsi che la lunghezza del mozzo e la lunghezza della sede della chiavetta corrispondano per evitare qualsiasi ulteriore squilibrio residuo. Su richiesta specifica è disponibile anche la bilanciatura completa a cuneo.
Fluidità meccanica
A causa delle tolleranze di bilanciamento e concentricità, il comportamento vibratorio dei motori corrisponde alla categoria di vibrazione A secondo la norma DIN EN 60034-14. Per esigenze particolari in termini di fluidità meccanica, i motori possono essere forniti in una versione a basse vibrazioni.
