Our adjustable drives are made of robust aluminum or cast iron housings and cover a wide range:
- Frame sizes: 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110 and 130.
- Power levels: From 0.18 kW to 3.0 kW (e.g., 0.37 kW, 0.75 kW, 1.1 kW, 2.2 kW).
- Hollow shafts: Available in 14mm, 18mm, 25mm, 28mm, 35mm, 42mm and 45mm.
- Mounting positions: Flexibly usable in positions M1, M2 and M4.

Functionality of the Variator
The integrated planetary gear allows for a variable reduction ratio. Turning the handwheel changes the axial position of the track and the radial position of the planet gears. This adjusts the roller diameter and infinitely regulates the output speed. A decrease in speed automatically leads to an increase in torque.
Important Safety Note for Adjustment
Attention: The speed may only be adjusted during operation. Adjusting it at a standstill leads to mechanical damage to the gear unit.
