Features of Modern DC Motor Control

The intelligent DC drive control convinces with versatile functions for industrial applications. If your DC motor has an electromagnetic brake, it can be controlled directly via the unit. For material-friendly processes, ramp-up and braking times can be precisely adjusted between 0.5 and 10 seconds. Integrated stall protection ensures safety: in the event of mechanical overload, the power supply switches off automatically and can be easily restarted via a reset signal.

In our online shop, we offer an enormous selection of geared motors. Our gearboxes can be combined with DC motors up to a power of 7.5 kW. The specific control unit is optimally designed for power sizes from 0.14 kW to 0.8 kW. Choose from various permanent magnet motors with voltages of 12V, 24V, or 48V and rated speeds of 1000 rpm, 1500 rpm, or 3000 rpm.
