Our electrically adjustable helical geared motors are manufactured in high-quality aluminum or robust cast iron housings. The combination of gearbox, inverter, and motor covers a wide range of requirements:

• Housing choice: Weight-optimized aluminum or solid cast iron depending on the size.

Advantages of SEVA-EASYdrive Mounting

The SEVA-EASYdrive is mounted directly on the motor terminal box using an adapter plate to save space. A decisive advantage: the inverter can be mounted offset in 90° steps. In combination with mounting positions M1 to M6, this drive is equipped for almost any installation situation.

Accessories for Demanding Operating Conditions

The drive unit can be optimally extended for specific requirements. For continuous operation below 35 Hertz, a forced cooling fan ensures the necessary cooling. If your application requires high holding force, we integrate a motor brake into the system directly from the factory.

Interfaces and Global Certifications

The SEVA-EASYdrive is fully "bus-capable" with optional fieldbus modules. It supports CANopen, EtherCAT, Profibus, Profinet, and Sercos (Modbus integrated). With CE, UL, and CSA certifications and compliance with EMC classes C1/C2, the EASYdrive is ready for worldwide use.
