Electronic Braking Devices for Safe Stopping

Our electronic brakes are specifically designed for the rapid braking of asynchronous machines (squirrel-cage rotors) and 1-phase AC capacitor motors. They ensure safe stopping within 10 seconds after switching off.

For external mounting, we supply robust brake switches in various power classes: 1.1 kW, 1.5 kW, 2.2 kW, 3 kW, 4 kW, 5.5 kW, and 7.5 kW.

Thermal Motor Protection: PTC Thermistors and Sensors

Safety first: Most of our drives are already prepared for temperature monitoring using PTC thermistor sensors. To effectively use this thermal protection, we carry the appropriate PTC tripping units, which reliably protect your motor from overheating and resulting damage.

Variable Designs and Flexible Terminal Box Positions

Our motors adapt to your system – not the other way around. Especially with our three-phase motors in the power range from 4 kW to 500 kW, you benefit from high variability:

• Motor foot conversion: A foot-mounted motor (B3) can easily be converted into a flange-mounted motor (B5) or a combined foot/flange motor (B3/B5).
• Flexible terminal box position: Depending on space requirements, the terminal box can be mounted on top, left, right, or even at the bottom.
