1.1.16 Are ATEX geared motors with brakes also manufactured?

Explosion-proof motors with customer-specific requirements are frequently needed. Even a special ATEX geared motor with an ATEX brake unit can be easily assembled using our modular system. The unique feature, however, is that the brake unit is located between the gearbox and the motor. Extensive options such as special voltages or special protection classes are also available.
