Motor na 230 V
Naše střídavé motory jsou navrženy pro různé rozběhové podmínky. Varianta se dvěma kondenzátory (provozním a rozběhovým) je ideální pro těžký rozběh. V zásadě mohou naše motory běžet v obou směrech otáčení (pravotočivý i levotočivý chod); k tomu stačí v případě potřeby změnit zapojení ve svorkovnici. Poznámka k síťovému napětí: Standardní jmenovité napětí bylo před lety změněno z 220 V na 230 V (jednofázová síť) a z 380 V na 400 V (třífázová síť).
Jak vzniká točivé magnetické pole v jednofázovém motoru?
Protože u jednofázového střídavého proudu nevzniká točivé pole přirozeně, musí být vytvořena tzv. pomocná fáze. Jedno ze dvou statorových vinutí je napájeno přímo ze sítě, zatímco k druhému vinutí (posunutému o 90 stupňů) je sériově připojen kondenzátor. Ten způsobí potřebný fázový posun napětí. Takto vytvořené točivé pole je závislé na zatížení a vede k nižšímu rozběhovému momentu než u třífázových motorů. Proto by se kondenzátorové motory měly pokud možno rozbíhat bez zátěže až do jmenovitých otáček. Rozběhový moment lze výrazně zlepšit krátkodobým paralelním připojením dalšího, cca 2–3krát většího rozběhového kondenzátoru po dobu rozběhu.
Střídavý motor / Kapacita kondenzátoru
Z fyzikálních důvodů lze velikost kondenzátoru optimalizovat pouze pro jeden konkrétní případ zatížení. Při optimálním dimenzování kondenzátoru lze dosáhnout přibližně 65 % mechanického výkonu ve srovnání s konstrukčně stejným třífázovým asynchronním motorem. Typické hodnoty kapacity jsou cca 20 µF na každý kW výkonu motoru. Při těžkém rozběhu může hodnota kapacity vzrůst až na cca 50 µF/kW.
