Three-phase external fan

Here you will find external fans that can only be operated with 400 V three-phase current. These high-quality external fan units have an IP56 protection rating. When an electric motor is controlled by a frequency converter, the motor's own cooling system is often insufficient due to the low frequency. Without an external fan unit, the motor then develops a damaging overheating.

Sizes of the external fans

The dimensions of the three-phase external fans correspond to the frame size of the electric motors. External motor cooling is available in frame sizes BG63, BG71, BG80, BG90, BG100, BG112, BG132, BG160, BG180, BG200 and BG225.
