O Motor de 230V
Os nossos motores de corrente alternada são projetados para diferentes condições de arranque. A variante com dois condensadores (funcionamento e arranque) é ideal para arranques pesados. Em princípio, os nossos motores podem funcionar em ambos os sentidos de rotação (direita e esquerda); para isso, basta alterar a ligação na placa de bornes, se necessário. Nota sobre a tensão de rede: A tensão nominal padrão foi alterada há alguns anos de 220V para 230V (rede monofásica) e de 380V para 400V (rede trifásica).
Como é gerado o campo girante no motor monofásico?
Como no caso da corrente alternada monofásica não surge naturalmente um campo girante, é necessário criar uma chamada fase auxiliar. Um dos dois enrolamentos do estator é alimentado diretamente pela rede, enquanto ao segundo enrolamento (posicionado a 90 graus) é ligado um condensador em série. Isto provoca o desfasamento necessário da tensão. O campo girante assim gerado depende da carga e resulta num binário de arranque inferior ao dos motores trifásicos. Por isso, os motores com condensador devem, preferencialmente, arrancar sem carga até atingirem a velocidade nominal. O binário de arranque pode ser significativamente melhorado ligando temporariamente em paralelo um segundo condensador de arranque (cerca de 2 a 3 vezes maior) durante o período de arranque.
Motor de Corrente Alternada / Capacidade do Condensador
Devido a limitações físicas, a dimensão do condensador só pode ser otimizado para um único caso de carga específico. Com um dimensionamento ideal do condensador, é possível atingir cerca de 65% da potência mecânica em comparação com um motor assíncrono trifásico de construção semelhante. Os valores típicos de capacidade são de aproximadamente 20 µF por cada kW de potência do motor. Em aplicações com arranque pesado, o valor da capacidade pode subir até cerca de 50 µF/kW.
