Motor monofásico / Motor de corriente alterna

El motor de 230V
Nuestros motores de corriente alterna están diseñados para diferentes condiciones de arranque. La variante con dos condensadores (marcha y arranque) es ideal para arranques pesados. En principio, nuestros motores pueden funcionar tanto en sentido horario como antihorario; para ello, solo es necesario cambiar la conexión en la placa de bornes si fuera necesario. Nota sobre la tensión de red: La tensión nominal estándar se cambió hace años de 220V a 230V (red monofásica) y de 380V a 400V (red trifásica).
¿Cómo se genera el campo giratorio en un motor monofásico?
Dado que en la corriente alterna monofásica no se crea un campo giratorio de forma natural, es necesario generar una fase auxiliar. Uno de los dos devanados del estator se alimenta directamente de la red, mientras que al segundo devanado (posicionado a 90 grados) se le conecta un condensador en serie. Esto provoca el desfase necesario de la tensión. El campo giratorio generado de esta manera depende de la carga y produce un par de arranque menor que en los motores trifásicos. Por ello, los motores con condensador deben arrancar preferiblemente sin carga hasta alcanzar la velocidad nominal. El par de arranque puede mejorarse notablemente conectando temporalmente en paralelo un segundo condensador de arranque (unas 2-3 veces mayor) durante el periodo de arranque.
Motor de corriente alterna / Capacidad del condensador
Debido a limitaciones físicas, el tamaño del condensador solo puede optimizarse para un caso de carga específico. Con un dimensionamiento óptimo del condensador, se alcanza aproximadamente el 65% de la potencia mecánica en comparación con un motor asíncrono trifásico de construcción similar. Los valores típicos de capacidad son de unos 20 µF por cada kW de potencia del motor. En aplicaciones con arranque pesado, el valor de capacidad puede aumentar hasta unos 50 µF/kW.
