Our electrically adjustable drives are manufactured in robust aluminum or cast iron housings. We offer a wide range of combinations consisting of worm gears, motors, and frequency inverters:

• Sizes: CMRV 30, 40, 50, 63, 75, 80, 90, 100, 110, 125, 130, and 150.
• Power Spectrum: 0.18 kW, 0.37 kW, 0.75 kW, 1.1 kW, 2.2 kW up to 11 kW.
• Mounting Positions: Flexibly mountable in positions M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, and M6.

Hollow Shafts and Torques up to 2000 Nm

Choosing the right output torque is crucial for the efficiency of your system. We supply worm gear units in a range from 10 Nm to 2000 Nm, depending on motor power and efficiency. Available hollow shaft diameters: 14 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 45 mm, and 50 mm.

EASYdrive: The Intelligent Frequency Inverter

The EASYdrive frequency inverter is mounted directly on the motor terminal box via an adapter plate to save space. Thanks to the 90° increments during installation, the drive adapts to any application.
Bus Capability & Certification:
Optionally integrable into control environments via CANopen, EtherCAT, Modbus (standard), Profibus, Profinet, or Sercos. Our controllers are CE, UL, and CSA certified and meet high EMC standards (Class C2/C1).

Accessories: External Fans and Brake Motors

For operation below 35 Hertz, we recommend an external fan to protect against overheating. For applications requiring an exact holding position, we mount custom-fit motor brakes directly to your drive unit.
