Stainless-steel motors, also known as smooth-walled motors or smooth-walled motors, are used where hygiene and ease of cleaning are particularly demanding. We offer the ideal drive solution for hygiene-sensitive and cleaning-intensive areas. The stainless-steel AC motors are designed for exceptionally easy cleaning of their surface. The housing is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. Recesses and potential dirt traps have been consistently avoided in the surface design. This allows for easy cleaning, and the fanless design ensures exemplary hygiene. Furthermore, the absence of a fan eliminates dust and dirt circulation. 

Protection class IP69K

The IP69K protection rating was developed for high-pressure jet cleaning at high temperatures. The number "6" indicates protection against dust ingress, while the number "9" indicates protection against high-pressure cleaning at close range. The IP69K protection rating was introduced in 1993 and is based on the DIN 40050-9 standard. It was originally developed for motor vehicles to protect against the ingress of foreign objects such as dust or dirt and against hot water jets. In the latest version of the IEC 60529 standard, only IP69 is used (IP69K = IP69).
