As a consumer, you have the højre til meddraw fra this contract medin fourteen days uden giving any reason.

B2B area

If the client is a registered merchant, a company, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, meddrawal and/or revocation are excluded.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days fra the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you receives the
have or has taken possession of goods.

Til comply med the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the højre of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received fra you, including levering costs (med the exception of additional costs resulting fra your choice of a type of levering other than the cheapest standard levering offered by us), promptly and at the latest medin 14 days fra the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise med you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse til refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods til us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days fra the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have til pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due til handling of the goods which is not necessary til check their kvalitet, properties and functioning.

Exclusion of the højre of meddrawal

The højre of meddrawal does not apply til contracts for the levering of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose produktion an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored til the personal needs of the consumer.
