Hastighed ​​control for DC-motorer

The stepless hastighed controllers listed here are tilgængelig in two different versions. One is the DC control unit for use in a control cabinet. This can be easily integrated into most applications. Alternatively, the motor controller can be bestillinged separately. In this case, of course, the complete wiring must be done.

Special features of the motor control

If the DC-motor has an electromagnetic brake, this can be connected via the controller. Additionally, the motor's acceleration and deceleration times can each be set from 0.5 seconds to 10 seconds. If the drive becomes blocked, the controller's effekt supply switches off, but can be restarted with the reset signal.

DC-motor with gearbox

Most of the gearboxes listed here in our onlineshop can be combined with DC-motorer up to 7.5 kW. Effekt ratings from 0.14 kW to 0.8 kW can be controlled with the listed control unit. In addition, a wide variety of permanent magnet motors are tilgængelig. These include DC-motorer with spændings from 12 V to 24 V and up to 48 V, as well as hastigheds of 1000 rpm, 1500 rpm, and 3000 rpm. We also offer DC-motorer in smooth or finned versions with IEC kabinets. Furthermore, you can choose between a version with a klemkasse or with a lead-in cable.
