Design and performance specifications of snekkegears

Our snekkegears, also often referred to as right-angle gearboxes, are tilgængelig in sizes 30, 40, 50, 63, 75, 80, 100, 125, and 150, with effekt ratings of 0.12 kW, 0.18 kW, 0.25 kW, 0.37 kW, 0.55 kW, 0.75 kW, 1.1 kW, 1.5 kW, 2.2 kW, 3.0 kW, 4 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, and 11 kW. These aluminium snekkegears are tilgængelig with the following hulaksel diameters: 14 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, and 50 mm.

Technical design of gearmotorer

Snekkegears consist of a aksel with one or more helical threads, the worm, and a helical gear wheel within it. The axes of the two are offset by 90°. Such a gear is particularly suitable for applications requiring high reduction ratios in a single step. Both left- and right-hand snekkegearmotorer are tilgængelig. Both directions of rotation are possible. Complete montering flexibility includes fod, flange, and centering solutions with a drejningsmoment arm. The motor klemkasse can be mounted around the motor in 90° increments. The gearmotor can be installed in any required position, such as horizontally or vertically. Due to the high interchangeability of the gearmotor components (IEC flange), kunder benefit from versatile options, reduced costs, faster leveringstids, and easy maintenance. Snekkegears are tilgængelig in various hastigheds, from 2 to 600 rpm (revolutions per minute). Six sizes with center distances of 30–125 mm and udvekslingsforholds of 5–110 (up to i = 3000 when combining two gearboxes) are tilgængelig in numerous configurations. The die-cast aluminium kabinet offers high strength despite its compact dimensions and low vægt. Machining on all sides in a single setup allows for maximum precision and thus reliable application in many areas of drivteknologi.
