Størrelse and effekt of the snekkegearmotorer

The electrically controlled snekkegearmotorer are manufactured from an aluminium or støbejern kabinet and are tilgængelig in the following frame sizes: CMRV, 30, 40, 50, 63, 75, 80, 90, 100, 110, 125, 130, and 150. They consist of a combination of snekkegear, frekvensomformer, and trefaset motor with effekt ratings of 0.18 kW, 0.25 kW, 0.37 kW, 0.55 kW, 0.75 kW, 1.1 kW, 1.5 kW, 2.2 kW, 3.0 kW, 4 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, and 11 kW.

Aksel diameters and drejningsmoments

The snekkegearboxes are tilgængelig with the following hulaksel diameters: 14 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 45 mm, and 50 mm. The output drejningsmoment depends, among other things, on the motor effekt, efficiency, and output hastighed. Taking these factors into account, we supply snekkegearboxes with drejningsmoment ranges from 10 to 2000 Nm.

Frekvensomformer assembly

The EASYdrive frekvensomformer is mounted in place of the motor klemkasse using an adapter plate and can be installed in 90° increments by rotating the motor. The SEVA-tec snekkegearmotorer can be installed in almost any required position. The monteringspositions are designated M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, and M6.

Frequently needed accessories

Since the adjustable drive unit is often operated below 35 Hertz, in such a case the motor must be protected from overheating with an external fan.
Furthermore, a high degree of self-locking of the gearbox unit is often necessary. Since this is often insufficient in snekkegearboxes, a trefaset motor with a brake is required.
Naturally, we supply and install the external fan and the motor brake for the required snekkegearmotorer.

The special frekvensomformer

The frekvensomformer can valgfrily be made "bus-compatible" using fieldbus modules. With CANejpen, EtherCAT, Modbus (already included), Profibus, Profinet, and Sercos, the EASYdrive offers compatibility with almost all common control environments. Kunder can select the relevant bus system and thus ideally integrate the EASYdrive into their application's control environment. The required valgfri control variant must be specified when bestillinging. The EASYdrive drive controllers are CE, UL, and CSA certified. The EASYdrive operates without external filtering measures.
