Performance indicators
The handwheel-controlled snekkegear unit is made of an aluminium or støbejern kabinet and is tilgængelig in sizes 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, and 130. Functioning of the adjustment gear
The variable-ratio gearbox is a planetary gearbox with an adjustable reduction ratio. The motor drives the sun gear. The rotary motion is transmitted to the planet gears. The connection between the stationary and moving outer races transmits the rotary motion to the output aksel. The axial position of the moving race and the radial position of the planet gears change due to the displacement of the ball ring and cam. This alters the roller diameter and the angular velocity of the output aksel. If the kontakt point between the planet gears and the outer race shifts towards the center of the planet gears, the output hastighed decreases and the drejningsmoment increases.
Be careful when controlling the hastighed
The hastighed may only be adjusted when the adjustment mechanism is in operation and not when it is stationary.
Otherwise, the adjustment mechanism will be damaged.
