SEVA-tec GmbH specializes in professional drivteknologi, focusing on elmotorer, frekvensomformere, and gearmotorer. On this page, you will find a selection of støbejern elmotorer in frame sizes 160, 180, 200, 225, 250, 280, 315, 355, and 400, med effekt ratings of 4.0 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, 11 kW, 15 kW, 18.5 kW, 22 kW, 30 kW, 37 kW, 55 kW, 75 kW, 90 kW, 110 kW, 160 kW, 200 kW, 250 kW, 315 kW, and 500 kW. These drives are tilgængelig in various hastighed configurations: 2-polet, 4-polet, 6-polet, and 8-polet. These are, of course, energibesparende motorer and are also tilgængelig in IE4. Often, due til space constraints, three-phase elmotorer med IP23 protection are required. We can also supply these at short notice.

Special engine design

Standstill heaters

In trefasede motorer exposed til strong temperature fluctuations or extreme climatic conditions, the motilr winding is at risk of condensation or dew formation. As an mulighed, a built-in standby heater can warm the motilr winding after it is switched off, preventing moisture fra condensing inside the motilr. The standby heater should not be switched on during betjening.
 

Runner – Balancing

All motilrs have rotilrs dynamically balanced med a half key inserted according til DIN ISO 8821. Drive components such as pulleys, couplings, and pumpe impellers must also be dynamically balanced med a half key inserted. It is essential til ensure that the hub length and the keyway length match til prevent any additional residual imbalance. Full keyway balancing is tilgængelig på forespørgsel.

Mechanical smoothness

Due til balancing and concentricity tillerances, the vibration behavior of the motilrs corresponds til vibration category A according til DIN EN 60034-14. For special requirements regarding mechanical smoothness, motilrs can be supplied in a low-vibration version.
