Yksivaihemoottori / Vaihtovirtamoottori
Tältä sivulta löydät valikoiman yksivaihemoottoreita (vaihtovirtamoottoreita) runkokokoina 63–112 ja tehoalueella 0,18 kW – 3,7 kW. Tarjoamme näitä moottoreita sekä käyntikondensaattorilla että ylimääräisellä käynnistyskondensaattorilla varustettuina. Usein IEC-vaihtovirtamoottoreita tarvitaan erikoismoottoreina asiakaskohtaisiin tarpeisiin. Me olemme tähän ihanteellinen kumppanisi: ammattitaitoisen henkilöstömme, kattavan varastomme ja oman loppukokoonpanomme ansiosta pystymme tarjoamaan laajan valikoiman ratkaisuja. Olipa kyseessä erityinen 230 V -jarrumoottori, sirkkelimoottori, moottori erikoisakselilla, erikoisjännitteellä tai eri suojaluokilla – olemme yhteyshenkilösi, kun etsit huippulaatua markkinahintaan.
230 V -moottori
Vaihtovirtamoottorimme on suunniteltu erilaisiin käynnistysolosuhteisiin. Kahdella kondensaattorilla (käynti- ja käynnistyskondensaattori) varustettu malli sopii erinomaisesti raskaaseen käynnistykseen. Periaatteessa vaihtovirtamoottoreitamme voidaan käyttää molempiin pyörimissuuntiin; tätä varten on tarvittaessa muutettava vain kytkentää liitinkoteloalustassa. Huomautus verkkojännitteestä: Standardinmukainen nimellisjännite muutettiin vuosia sitten 220 voltista 230 volttiin (yksivaiheverkko) ja 380 voltista 400 volttiin (kolmivaiheverkko).
Miten pyörivä magneettikenttä luodaan yksivaihemoottorissa?
Koska yksivaiheisessa vaihtovirrassa ei luonnostaan synny pyörivää magneettikenttää, on luotava niin sanottu apuvaihe. Toinen staattorin käämityksistä saa virtansa suoraan verkosta, kun taas toiseen, 90 asteen kulmaan sijoitettuun käämiin kytketään kondensaattori sarjaan. Tämä saa aikaan jännitteen vaihesiirron toisessa käämissä. Näin luotu pyörivä kenttä on kuormituksesta riippuvainen ja sen käynnistysmomentti on alhaisempi kuin kolmivaihemoottoreilla. Siksi kondensaattorimoottoreiden tulisi mieluiten käynnistyä kuormittamattomina nimelliskierroslukuun asti. Käynnistysmomenttia voidaan parantaa huomattavasti kytkemällä käynnistyksen ajaksi rinnalle toinen, noin 2–3 kertaa suurempi käynnistyskondensaattori.
Vaihtovirtamoottori / Kondensaattorin koko
Fysikaalisista syistä kondensaattorin koko voidaan optimoida vain yhdelle tietylle kuormitustilanteelle. Optimaalisella kondensaattorin mitoituksella saavutetaan noin 65 % mekaanisesta tehosta verrattuna vastaavaan kolmivaiheiseen oikosulkumoottoriin. Tyypilliset kapasiteettiarvot ovat noin 20 µF moottorin tehon kilowattia kohti. Raskaassa käynnistyksessä kapasiteetti voi olla jopa noin 50 µF/kW.
