Stainless steel helical geared motors compliant with HACCP and EHEDG
Stainless steel helical gear motors offer the advantage of extreme corrosion resistance and exceptional resistance to harsh chemicals. With conventional gearboxes, cleaning with aggressive cleaning agents can lead to significant production problems due to chipping of paint or metal. To avoid this, stainless steel gear motors are used. These gear motors are available with a suitable flange and terminal box.

Geared motors with IP69K protection rating
The IP69K protection rating was developed for high-pressure jet cleaning at high temperatures. The number "6" indicates protection against dust ingress, while the number "9" indicates protection against high-pressure cleaning at close range. The IP69K protection rating was introduced in 1993 and is based on the DIN 40050-9 standard. It was originally developed for motor vehicles to protect against the ingress of foreign objects such as dust or dirt and against hot water jets. In the latest version of the IEC 60529 standard, only IP69 is used (IP69K = IP69).
