Eenfasemotor / Wisselstroommotor
Op deze pagina vindt u een selectie van eenfasemotoren (wisselstroommotoren) in de bouwmaten 63–112 met vermogens van 0,18 kW tot 3,7 kW. Wij bieden deze motoren aan met zowel een bedrijfscondensator als een extra aanloopcondensator. Vaak zijn IEC-wisselstroommotoren nodig als speciale motoren voor specifieke klantwensen. Hier zijn wij de ideale partner voor u: dankzij ons deskundig personeel, een uitgebreid magazijn en onze eigen eindmontage kunnen wij een breed spectrum dekken. Of het nu gaat om een speciale 230V-remmotor, cirkelzaagmotor, motoren met een speciale as, speciale spanning of verschillende beschermingsklassen – wij zijn uw aanspreekpunt voor topkwaliteit tegen marktconforme prijzen.
De 230V-motor
Onze wisselstroommotoren zijn ontworpen voor verschillende aanloopomstandigheden. De variant met twee condensatoren (bedrijfs- en aanloopcondensator) is bij uitstek geschikt voor een zware aanloop. In principe kunnen onze motoren zowel rechtsom als linksom draaien; hiervoor hoeft enkel de aansluiting op de klemmenstrook te worden gewijzigd. Opmerking over de netspanning: De standaard nominale spanning is jaren geleden gewijzigd van 220V naar 230V (eenfasenet) en van 380V naar 400V (draaistroomnet).
Hoe wordt het draaiveld in een eenfasemotor opgewekt?
Omdat er bij eenfasige wisselstroom geen natuurlijk draaiveld ontstaat, moet er een hulpfase worden gecreëerd. Een van de twee statorwikkelingen wordt direct gevoed, terwijl bij de tweede wikkeling (die 90 graden verschoven is) een condensator in serie wordt geschakeld. Dit zorgt voor de nodige faseverschuiving. Het resulterende draaiveld is afhankelijk van de belasting en genereert een lager aanloopkoppel dan draaistroommotoren. Condensatormotoren moeten daarom bij voorkeur onbelast opstarten. Het aanloopkoppel kan echter aanzienlijk worden verbeterd door tijdens het opstarten tijdelijk een extra aanloopcondensator (met een ca. 2 tot 3 maal grotere capaciteit) parallel te schakelen.
Wisselstroommotor / Condensatorcapaciteit
Door natuurkundige beperkingen kan de grootte van de condensator slechts voor één specifiek belastingsgeval worden geoptimaliseerd. Een optimaal gedimensioneerde eenfasemotor bereikt ongeveer 65% van het mechanische vermogen vergeleken met een vergelijkbare draaistroom-asynchroonmotor. Gebruikelijke capaciteitswaarden zijn ca. 20 µF per kW motorvermogen. Bij toepassingen met een zware aanloop kan deze waarde oplopen tot ca. 50 µF/kW.
