Our drives are available as energy-saving motors in IE2/IE3/IE4 and, upon request, also in IE5. Often, electric motors are required with specific specifications. Size/Power/Speed
On this page you will find a selection of IEC motors in aluminum housings in frame sizes 63, 71, 80, 90, 100, 112, and 132 with power ratings of 0.12 kW, 0.25 kW, 0.37 kW, 0.55 kW, 0.75 kW, 1.1 kW, 1.5 kW, 2.2 kW, 3.0 kW, 4.0 kW, 5.5 kW, and 7.5 kW. Noise behavior
The noise level of an electric machine is determined by measuring the total sound pressure level using the A-weighting curve of the sound level meter according to EN 60651 and is expressed in dB(A). The noise level limits for electric machines are specified in EN 60034-9. Our motors significantly undercut these limits.
Quality products
Our electric motors/three-phase motors undergo rigorous quality control. Thorough testing is conducted both during manufacturing and before shipment to ensure flawless operation upon commissioning. This double check minimizes defect rates and avoids replacement costs.
Special customer requests
Special and custom-built motors are available from our factory production for a small surcharge and with an acceptable delivery time. Additionally, we can quickly fulfill your urgent requests by modifying existing motors at our facility in Ahlhorn at fair prices. Our workshop, which includes an engineering department and paint shop, modifies existing motors. Modifications are possible, for example, with alternative voltages and/or frequencies, a second shaft end, special bearings, motors with forced ventilation, motors with integrated brakes, or motors with speed sensors.
