Rain protection for electric motors
SEVA-tec GmbH is your specialist in the professional drive technology field. The focus is on three-phase motors, frequency inverters and geared motors. Sizes of protection roofs
The dimensions of the protection roofs correspond with the motor sizes. They are available in sizes of 56, 63, 71, 80, 90, 100, 112, 132, 160, 180, 200 and 225.
Electronic brake units
Electronic brakes are used to decelerate asynchronous motors with squirrel-cage rotor and 1PH AC capacitor start motors so that motion is stopped within 10 seconds after the motor is turned off. Brake switches are available for external installation in 1.1kW, 1.5kW, 2.2kW, 3kW. 4kW, 5.5kW and 7.5kW motors.
Protection by PTC thermistor
Most of the drives offered here are designed and prepared for temperature monitoring using PTC sensors. To make use of this monitoring function, you need the applicable PTC thermistor triggering device.
Construction type and terminal box
If desired, the construction type of the motors is variable. Even for AC motors in heavy design, i.e. from 4 kW to 500 kW, the feet of the motor can be modified. Hence, a B3 foot motor can also be converted to a B5 flange motor or to a B4/B5 foot/flange motor. Another advantage is that the drive system can be modified towards a system with terminal box at the top, on the left side, on the right side or even at the bottom.
